Job Summary

A global company specializing in consumer transaction technologies has a current position open for a Remote International Customer Support Executive Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team of employees that are responsible for providing world class technical support to our Hospitality customers
  • Drive short & long-term Customer Support strategies for the International Hospitality Market Segment
  • Set the right priorities including quantitative and qualitative objectives for your team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willing to travel internationally (off-shore team)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly experienced in customer service and/or technical customer support
  • +15 years leading a global Business Operations organization
  • Proven track record driving results in a non-US cross-functional organization
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams
