Job Summary
A defense solutions company is in need of a Remote International Human Resources Manager I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the point of contact in the area of international HR support and guidance
- Ensure that the proper stakeholders are involved early in the gate review process
- Identify and help resolve international assignment costs and execution issues that impact program success
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to travel domestic and/or international
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience or appropriate experience in lieu of education
- Previous experience working internationally, as an expat, or servicing expatriates
- Knowledge of one or more foreign languages/cultures
- Knowledge of particular country or countries and with nuances of dealing with immigration, tax, etc.
- HR experience in the defense industry
