Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote International Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Interviewing, screening and evaluating candidates to identify ones who fully meet the position requirements
• Interacting with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues
• Using direct search methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals

Position Requirements Include:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree
• People orientation and an active mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using social media recruiting tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter
