Job Summary
A non-profit humanitarian organization has a current position open for a Remote International Staff Visa and Hosting Arrangement Reviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting a desk review of the country labor laws tax regimes, and visa conditions for international staff
- Mapping out HR management service providers in the region
- Conducting consultation with similar organizations facing visa challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Understanding of the political and enabling environment of the region
- Understanding of INGO and humanitarian work in the region including the challenges and limitations
- Experience of working on international staff visas and hosting matters in the Asia region
- Knowledge and understanding of people management, specific labor law and immigration laws
- Good analytical skills and ability to engage with concerned stakeholders in a meaningful way
