• 5+ years of your experience is directly relevant to this Compliance role
• Substantive expertise in global trade compliance
• Experience in building, operationalizing, enhancing and scaling an effective trade compliance program
• Demonstrated sound business and legal judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working in a company experiencing rapid growth and evolution
