Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Investigations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead a team of Investigators and be responsible for ensuring that their team performs thorough investigations
- Design and implement appropriate levels of assessment, QC, and QA
- Interview and write formal investigation summaries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years related investigative experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Expertise in investigative interviews
- Coaching or leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Superior writing skills
- Demonstrated resiliency, discretion, and emotional intelligence in handling challenging situations and serious topics
