Job Summary
An investigations company is in need of a Remote Investigations Medicare Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking complaints in the Medicare Compliance database and link all relevant documents
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and drafting Complaint investigation reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to meet internal and external deadlines
- 2+ years prior experience at a Medicare Advantage Organization or Prescription Drug plan Sponsor
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
