A multi-national corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Investment Director in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Originate, screen, and select early stage opportunities
  • Drive investment decisions though market trends, competitive analysis, and financial insights
  • Lead portfolio management efforts through monitoring risks, gaps and support areas

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
  • 5+ years of work experience in venture capital, with startup valuation and diligence experience
  • Strong industry insights and founder networks
  • Skilled and adaptable to various collaborative software platforms, including but not limited to D365, Excel, PowerPoint and more
