A real estate investing firm is seeking a Remote Investments Client Services Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Deliver top-tier client support and effective communication with investors and the Investor Relations Team
- Facilitate fundraising activity
- Respond to customer inquiries through our online ticketing system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess excellent phone, email and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and are highly reliable
- 1-2 years of operational experience including customer relationships, investment support,
- Must be able to participate in a fast-paced environment
- Spelling and grammar are beyond reproach
