Job Summary
A cloud-based design platform developer is in need of a Remote iOS Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, supporting and growing a diverse team of engineers who design and build our upcoming iPhone and iPad applications
- Partnering with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the iOS team
- Guiding the team in planning and executing a technical roadmap, using the latest Apple technologies like Swift and SwiftUI
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience managing high output engineering teams
- Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality mobile apps
- Demonstrated desire to build an inclusive and diverse culture
- Demonstrated passion and unwavering commitment to improving engineering productivity
- Experience scaling products and teams in high growth environments
- Ability to stay in sync with your Android counterparts to ensure parity between platforms
