Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote IRIS Consultant in the Prince County Area.
Must be able to:
- Provide program orientation to new participants
- Explore a broad view of the participant’s life
- Assist participants in identifying personal outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend face-to-face monthly team meetings and in-home client visits
- Bachelors degree in a social work or related or equivalent experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain adequate auto insurance
- Knowledge of Long Term Care programs
- Ability to use a variety of technology
