Job Summary

A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Issue Management Quality and Training Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all new hire, refresher and upskill training is completed
  • Conduct quality monitoring assessments on an established cadence
  • Prepare, maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of training content

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of SalesForce experience or other CRM equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in contact center operations, quality monitoring, quality assurance, and/or customer service
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and training with continuous improvement concepts, procedures, and processes
  • Familiar with Google G-Suite Products
