Job Summary

A financial technology and registered bank holding company has a current position open for a Remote Issue Management Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and monitoring issues on a regular basis
  • Following up with issue owners to ensure progress is being made towards resolution, and reporting on the status of issues
  • Contributing to a constructive working relationship among the project stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Associates Degree or relevant coursework or experience
  • 5 years of Issue management or Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
