Job Summary
An information technology and business analytics company is in need of a Remote IT and Business Analytics Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with customers to identify their goals, illustrate the options available to achieve those goals
- Leading weekly office hours sessions for groups of customers that are designed to be flexible and could include demoing new features
- Contributing to the creation of content that delivers some of the impact of Customer Success to customers via easily scalable channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and online entrepreneurship
- A fast-paced learner, comfortable with web-based software
- Attentive, empathetic listener and clear communicator both verbally and in writing
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual who is capable of working independently but also enjoys collaboration
