Job Summary
A digital infrastructure company is filling a position for a Remote IT and Chief Technology Office HR Business Partner Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies
- Bring an objective perspective in managing business problems
- Partner with the business leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 15 years Human Resources experience
- 5 years as Business Partner in an evolving global organization
- A broad base of human resources experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through integration planning and execution
- Proactive collaboration within the HR team and demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders
- Operating experience within a complex, changing environment
