Job Summary
An online instituition needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Application Security Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain a risk mitigation strategy for the organization
- Develop and apply policies, standards, and procedures
- Analyze phishing of emails utilizing industry standard tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 5-6 years of Information Security experience OR
- 7-9 years Information Security Experience without a degree
- Experience with security industry standards and best practices
- Proven experience with interpretation and implementation of those standards in a corporate environment
- Execute established security practices with consistency and discipline
- Results oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed
