Job Summary

A business and IT services provider is filling a position for a Remote IT Application Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide SME level PC support for heavy use BuildPro departments within the client’s environment
• Provide strategic leadership and planning for technical support of Client end user devices
• Utilizes ITIL standards for Incident, request, configuration, change and problem management

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience working with BuildPro
• Experience working with JD Edwards World
• Experience working with Feith Systems
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft SharePoint
• 5 years of experience in desktop support
