Job Summary

A finance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Audit Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with IT leaders on Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise Risk Management implementations
• Preparing and presenting Exec and Board level presentations on Internal Audit plans and results
• Leading the design and implementation of GRC software solution

Required Skills:

• Are a proven effective manager of teams with multiple engagements, objectives, and deliverables
• Demonstrate sound judgment, personal integrity, and a balanced risk-based approach to assessments
• Bring a balance of professional skepticism and desire to seek constructive solutions
• Communicate complex information in a concise and persuasive manner
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including a combination of Big 4 consulting and industry experience
• BA in Computer Science or Information Systems,
