Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote IT Business Analyst in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitating requirements elicitation using interviews, user journeys, document analysis, requirements workshops, etc
• Serving as a subject matter expert for the business unit
• Supporting projects throughout the solution development life cycle

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably with focus in information systems and technology
• At least three to five years of experience in business analysis, requirements management and the software development lifecycle
• Comprehensive understanding the role of the business analyst in the software development methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of how to interpret and translate business needs into clear and detailed Business Requirements
• Ability to work in dynamic environment with minimum oversight
