A cybersecurity services company is in need of a Remote IT Client Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Triaging and troubleshooting service health issues
  • Assisting customers with correcting service issues
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience working with enterprise class Anti-Virus software and Next-Gen AV
  • Understanding of core network protocols
  • Linux systems and networking admin/ troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of technology solutions
  • Ownership mindset, with demonstrated partnership with functional counterparts
  • Experience writing custom queries in SIEM
