Job Summary

An information technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote IT Consulting ServiceNow Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build/maintain a ServiceNow Systems Integration team; including managing ServiceNow partner certification requirements
• Lead/deliver ServiceNow planning, design, implementation, remediation and optimization projects
• Partner with the Service Management Office to integrate best practice IT Governance into Intelligent Operations project methodology

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ Years designing and building solutions with ServiceNow
• Experience designing and writing integrations, business rules, transform maps etc. in ServiceNow
• Experience with Web Technologies (RESTful APIs, JSON, JavaScript, etc.)
• Understanding of SQL and database experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles
• You have strong experience building successful teams and coaching team members
