An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Customer Service Representative in Lawrence.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating claims electronically and via telephone
• Handling eligibility inquiries and all lines of business
• Meeting established goals for call center metrics

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated success in customer service work via phone, email, chat, or in person
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/programs
• Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
