Job Summary
A company that provides care management and personal assistance services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Desktop Application Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure SLAs and world-class support goals are achieved
- Enforce desktop hardware and software standards
- Support productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Office 365
Qualifications Include:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field plus 1-3 years related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with strong time management skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility and willingness to be on-call and available, including weekends, and participate in a team on-call rotation
- Working knowledge of networking topologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless
