Job Summary
A global information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Field Service Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the activities of field technicians in the greater DC area, VA, and parts of PA and NJ
- Handle escalations, attend meetings and provide overall leadership to the team
- Execute corporate objectives that include but not limited to cost control/containment
Required Skills:
- Attending meetings
- High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. Background investigation and drug screen required
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role leading a team of onsite deskside support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems, knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office/Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and "management" presence desired
- Escalation management experience required
