Job Summary

A global information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Field Service Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage the activities of field technicians in the greater DC area, VA, and parts of PA and NJ
• Handle escalations, attend meetings and provide overall leadership to the team
• Execute corporate objectives that include but not limited to cost control/containment

Required Skills:

• Attending meetings
• High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. Background investigation and drug screen required
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role leading a team of onsite deskside support
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems, knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office/Outlook
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and "management" presence desired
• Escalation management experience required
