Job Summary

A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Help Desk Analyst in Glastonbury.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support to our corporate clients various locations and various hardware and software system
  • Troubleshooting issues, delivering resolution within defined serves levels
  • Escalating to Level 2 support

Required Skills:

  • Associate’s Degree in IT or Computer Science related field
  • 3 Plus years of IT Help Desk Experience
  • Ability to efficiently gather reliable data, interpret it into meaningful metrics
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential/proprietary information
  • Ability to work with people of various backgrounds
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
