Job Summary

An information technology and services company. is filling a position for a Remote IT Help Desk Technical Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting end user desktop application issues and provides appropriate solution
  • Providing case status updates to management and end-users per service level guidelines
  • Providing timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer and ensures their satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • AA degree or technical training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
