Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote IT Internal Audit Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in and leading some aspects of planning activities
- Testing multiple business and technology infrastructure, operations, and security controls
- Identifying and documenting issues and process improvement opportunities through control testing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in information technology, audit, risk management or a related field
- Applied knowledge in audit, business and IT technical concepts and theory
- Must have an operational knowledge and application of audit practices to multiple functional areas
- Must have knowledge of project management and motivational theory
- Must have strong business and IT acumen
- Must have critical thinking and decision-making skills
