Job Summary
A company that offers infrastructure for next generation digital health organizations is filling a position for a Remote IT Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day IT support for our employees for their laptops as well as the tools they use
- Leading IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications and integrations
- Monitoring performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3+ years working in IT operations/helpdesk at high-growth tech startups,
- Customer service background
- Prior experience with MacOS and SaaS tools
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cloud computing, SaaS solution integration, and troubleshooting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
