Job Summary
A digital technology startup company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Operations and Systems Administrator .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting an all-Apple fleet distributed across the US
- Administering applications used by the company (Slack, Zoom, Atlassian)
- Partnering with IT management to plan, prioritize and execute initiatives necessary to support the continued growth of the organization, which includes keeping our information and systems safe, secure and accessible
Position Requirements Include:
- Understand general networking (how WiFi works, DNS, IP Addresses, etc.)
- Have a variety of working IT experience with large and small companies
- Posses 4+ years of IT support and/or system administration experience
- Are excited to learn about new and upcoming technologies
- Have outstanding communication and people skills
