Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Operations System Engineering Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining accountability for back-end system infrastructure
• Managing a team
• Rolling out process improvements and automation

Required Skills:

• 3 years of management of at least one IT Team, leading at least 10 reports
• 10 years of experience in IT in roles of increasing responsibility
• Track record with excellent performance during challenging events
• Skilled at agile processes and rituals with a strong belief in the methodology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
