Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote IT Optimization Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising a team
  • Monitoring job performance and performance appraisals for their team members
  • Assigning project and other software development tasks

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, software engineering, relevant field or commensurate working experience
  • At least three years of application development or business analysis experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with agile development methodologies and scrum processes
  • Prior experience with system development lifecycle processes
  • Must be able to work autonomously and take initiative when carrying out specific tasks
  • A desire and ability to fulfill a leadership role on his/her team and develop further leadership skills
