A power management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Platform Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Consistently utilizing key ITIL processes to solve complex cross platform infrastructure issues
• Providing operational support for all types of infrastructure issues
• Acting as a focal point for organizing a technical team

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel 10 % of the Time
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
