Job Summary

A financial services and insurance company has an open position for a Remote IT Release Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing hiring, termination and performance management
• Monitoring progression of unit goals and objectives
• Managing and forecasting unit level expenses

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond minimum required
• 8+ years of experience in a business, analytical or technology support function
• 5+ years as team lead / manager in business function or technology environment
• Ability to act as a people leader
• Ability to act as process owner for the IT Release Management processes
