Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Service Center Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a positive technical support experience through handling concerns
- Answering questions regarding system procedures, online transactions
- Partnering with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions
Position Requirements Include:
