Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Service Center Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a positive technical support experience through handling concerns
  • Answering questions regarding system procedures, online transactions
  • Partnering with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Global IT Service Desk or End-User support role
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience with remote control technologies and ITSM Tool
