Job Summary
A defense services company is in need of a Remote IT Service Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Help manage IT service delivery to our various client
- Be responsible for triaging and scheduling tickets/service requests
- Ensure all tickets are being worked as appropriate based on priority and impact
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 + years of IT-related experience
- 1 + year of Service Coordinator-related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of IT service desk operations, including strategic planning and tactical execution
- Experience developing, maintaining, and using performance metrics for performance management and continual service improvement.
