- Guide ITSD projects from their inception through implementation
- Quickly identify issues with process or procedure and create lasting resolutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years working in a Software as a Service environment
- Client-minded advocacy
- Strong client communication skill
- Direct, hands-on experience with automated software and system management
- Strong knowledge of change control best practices and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
