Job Summary
A digital dental lab company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Service Desk Manager.
Must be able to:
- Monitor all inbound doctor queues to ensure the timely processing of IT support requests
- Lead and manage the customer experience
- Lead, coach and train a team of technical support specialists
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-8 years technology leadership and/personnel management experience in a fast-paced IT environment
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent years of experience
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cyber security, network, office IT setup and systems administration, and phone systems
- Experienced IT/Customer Service helpdesk manager
