Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Service Desk Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being the initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat
  • Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a certificate course
  • Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
  • Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook
