Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote IT Service Help Desk Agent I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues and provide appropriate solution
  • Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer
  • Support and maintain effective relationships with users

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Ability to type while in involved in a conversation, at least 30 WPM
  • Sound understanding of customer support, operations, and processes
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
