Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company has an open position for a Remote IT Service Management Suite Administrator in Oklahoma City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing license issuance and tracking
  • Enhancing ITSM existing workflows
  • Providing high level support to end users

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Onsite support will be required as requested by customer
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 8-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis
  • 5 years of experience leading complex projects
  • HDI certification or equivalent required Proven hands-on
  • Experience implementing, configuring, administering and optimizing ITSM Platforms
