Job Summary
A sustainability consulting and services company is filling a position for a Remote IT Services Market Analytics Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving all bill and account edits
- Resolving data discrepancies and monitoring all cost and consumption reporting
- Analyzing daily utility bills using a firm understanding of client industry, weather related usage patterns, market related changes and our internal audit process
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Two years of clerical and/or customer related work experience
- Solid computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to understand cost consumption reporting capabilities and platforms
- Ability to demonstrate mathematical and analytical aptitude
