Job Summary

A computer hardware and services company has an open position for a Remote IT SRE Principal Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide top-level support ownership of the Oracle BRM implementation for Subscription, Usage and Billing
  • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
  • Improve reliability, quality, and availability monitoring of the assigned apps

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
  • Oracle BRM experience with product customizations and integrations in E2E system architecture
  • Good knowledge of programming languages; operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; and databases
  • Good knowledge of network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities
  • Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, C#, .Net Core, Java and Javascript
  • Hands on in deployment, maintenance of Micro services solutions on Cloud infrastructure with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka and XML, JSON formats
