We provide information technology consulting services which include enterprise integration, architecture, project management, and software development services. We are looking for a Staffing Sales (SS) person to join our team. The SS will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, post-sale. The SS will work with clients to define their staffing needs and facilitate a seamless recruiting and onboarding process. The SS communicates upselling opportunities and is responsible for generating a strategic account plan. Our perfect candidate can offer 2-4+ years of IT Staffing Sales experience in an IT consulting services environment. He or she has a proven track record of success, is highly motivated, analytical, and thrives in a client-focused entrepreneurial environment. Travel will likely be required.
Responsibilities:
Consult with existing clients to identify the ways in which our strategic staffing solution can best satisfy business needs; strategically sell our solutions over competing offers.
Build relationships with prospects and their internal stakeholders to generate new business
Record accounts-related data on CRM
Travel to specific accounts as needed, up to 50%
Contribute to marketing and collateral development
Work with clients to identify technical staffing needs, focused on high-end technology such as cloud computing and/or analytics, draft job advertisements, and define selection criteria.
