Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining the complicated relationship that global employees have
- Helping team members by solving computer, mobile device, application and access issues
- Answering team members' questions efficiently
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An individual with 1-3 years experience working in an independent IT Support role
- A go-to person for “all things IT or technical”
- You understand the importance of IT and security best practices

- You can communicate clearly in written forms of communication
