Job Summary

A hospitality company is in need of a Remote IT Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting day to day issues with software and third party integrations
  • Assisting with implementation of integrations and software
  • Addressing support tickets outside of normal business hours

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science or related or 3 years of experience
  • Intermediate understanding of troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Beginner level understanding of Postgres or SQL
  • Beginner level understanding of python or similar object oriented language
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing development environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
