Job Summary
A hospitality company is in need of a Remote IT Support Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting day to day issues with software and third party integrations
- Assisting with implementation of integrations and software
- Addressing support tickets outside of normal business hours
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science or related or 3 years of experience
- Intermediate understanding of troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Beginner level understanding of Postgres or SQL
- Beginner level understanding of python or similar object oriented language
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing development environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
