Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Tax Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Manageing and enhancing quarterly provision and annual provision process
• Coordinating with external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audit
• Working closely with outsourced domestic and international tax teams, reviewing prepared tax returns

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years tax experience in corporate tax
• Minimum 3 years ASC 740 experience preparing and/or reviewing tax provisions for global companies
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP ASC 740 and related tax accounting principles
• Strong leadership and process improvement skills
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment
