Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote IT Training Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Train management initiatives for a bureau at the Department of State
- Manage training policy, compliance, and inventory of courses for employees
- Work with several cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that will further strengthen training at the bureau
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in training management
- 2+ years of client facing consulting experience
- 2-5 years Talent Management/human capital experience
- 2-5 years experience working with crossfunctional teams
- Experience developing high-quality deliverables (PowerPoints, reports, Excel documents)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
