A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote ITSM Process Analyst in Colorado Springs.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting one or more processes operationally
• Collecting, interpreting, and preparing data from various sources and tools
• Creating, maintaining, and reconciling ITSM process data

Qualifications Include:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years working in a technology discipline
• 1+ years of experience working with ITSM processes or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, etc)
• Demonstrated experience of using technology to improve efficiency
• Functional knowledge of ITSM tools and managing IT as a set of services
