A human resources company has an open position for a Remote Job Search Strategist and Career Coach in the Raleigh Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve goals
• Guiding employees through coaching process and milestone completion
• Advising and coaching career development, transition issues and career options

Required Skills:

• Minimum five years of experience in delivery of job search strategy/career coaching
• Currently resides in North Carolina or surrounding area and has knowledge of living and job searching there
• Very strong verbal / written communication skills
• Experience with virtual coaching
