Job Summary
A recruitment firm has a current position open for a Remote Jumbo Mortgage Underwriter in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Review new loan files to ensure loan meets investor and program criteria.
- Manage individual pipeline on a daily basis by completing new underwriting reviews
- Analyze borrower profiles, credit reports, title reports, income documentation and assets
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of recent Jumbo product experience
- Proven track record for efficient remote work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- High integrity and outstanding work ethic required
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
